This article explains how to configure Trackman Range bays so guests can access them without making a reservation.
How to Disable Booking Requirements for Specific Bays
- Log in to the Trackman Portal
- Navigate to Range Site Configuration
- Now select Manage Bays
- Select the bay(s) you want to make available for walk-in access.
- Open the bay configuration
- Find the Booking Required setting or similar access restrictions.
- Disable the booking requirement
- Click Save changes.
After saving the configuration, test the affected bay and confirm that users can start a session without making a reservation.
