Screens | Unresponsive Screen

If your screen's touch functionality is not responding, the issue might be due to temporary glitches or software issues. Unresponsive touchscreens can often be resolved by power cycling the screen(s). To do this, please follow the steps below. 

How To Power Cycle The Screen

  1. Power Cycle the Screen
    • Step 1: Locate the power button on the back of the screen.
    • Step 2: Press the power button to turn off the screen.
    • Step 3: Wait for about 10 seconds.
    • Step 4: Press the power button again to turn the screen back on.
  2. Run an Additional Power Cycle
    • Step 1: If the touch functionality is still not reacting, repeat the power cycle process as above.
  3. Contact Trackman Support
    • If the issue persists after performing the power cycles, please reach out to Trackman Support by submitting a ticket here. When doing this, please provide us with a video of the problem as well as a picture of the screen's serial number.
