Creating Notifications for Safety Border Breaches

1. Log in to the Trackman Portal
   • Use the email that has admin access.
2. View as Facility
   • Ensure you are viewing the portal as a facility.
3. Navigate to Range
   • Go to the "Range" section.
4. Access Safety Borders
   • Click on "Safety Borders."
5. Add Notification
   • Click on "Add Notification."
6. Set Trigger
   • Choose the number of balls required to breach the safety borders to trigger the notification. Options range from 2 to 10.
7. Select App Notification
   • Decide what notification should be sent to the user when the safety border is breached. The notification will be displayed on both the kiosk screen and the user's personal device.
8. Add Staff Notification
   • Add staff members who should be notified when the safety border notification is triggered. You can create multiple notifications with different triggers and app notifications.

Make sure to regularly check the incident history to monitor breaches over time.
