If your range radar is down, it might be due to a power source issue. The most common reason for radars going offline is an incorrectly plugged in power cable. To check if the power cable is seated correctly, please:
Checking If The Issue Is Power Related

Check lights: Look for the green lights in the bottom of your radar unit.
- Note: If there is no power to the radar, the lights on the bottom of the radar will be completely off. This indicates that the radar is not receiving any power.
- Locate the Power Cable: Find the power cable connected to your radar unit.
- Check for Damage: Look for any visible damage to the power cable.
