How to Collect Logs on Trackman Range Screens

  1. Remote into the Bay Using TeamViewer
    • Open "TeamViewer" and connect to the bay screen.
  2. Access the "Main Menu"
    • Once connected, you’ll see a screen that says: “Welcome to GOLF CLUB”
    • Tap anywhere on the screen to open the main menu.
  3. Open the "Support Menu"
  4. Tap the Trackman logo at the bottom of the screen three times.

  5. Submit a "Log Request"
    • A pop-up box will appear.
    • Enter your initials and a brief description of the issue.
    • Tap "Send"

  6. Download the Logs
  7. A support case will automatically be created in Zendesk with the title “Support Request”.
    • You’ll now see an option to download a .zip file containing the logs.
