How to Collect Logs on Trackman Range Screens
- Remote into the Bay Using TeamViewer
- Open "TeamViewer" and connect to the bay screen.
- Access the "Main Menu"
- Once connected, you’ll see a screen that says: “Welcome to GOLF CLUB”
- Tap anywhere on the screen to open the main menu.
- Open the "Support Menu"
- Tap the Trackman logo at the bottom of the screen three times.
- Submit a "Log Request"
- A pop-up box will appear.
- Enter your initials and a brief description of the issue.
- Tap "Send"
- Download the Logs
- A support case will automatically be created in Zendesk with the title “Support Request”.
- You’ll now see an option to download a .zip file containing the logs.
- You’ll now see an option to download a .zip file containing the logs.
