If you have Booking & Payments (B&P), you can integrate it with your range screens similar to indoor facilities. With screen lock enabled, players log in using a QR code. This process ensures that the range screens show only booked bays, and players can log in securely via QR code, just like the indoor Trackman setup. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Trackman Portal.
2. Go to the Range Site Configuration page.
   
   
    
3. In the Range Site Configuration, please click on the Relay Page link (usually named after your facility).
   • The Relay Page is the central control interface for your range screens and bays, syncing your configuration, bookings, and available content so players see accurate data. 
   • Through it, you can push Booking & Payments integration to the bays, enable screen lock so only logged-in players can access Trackman, and update what’s displayed on the screens.

4. Select Manage Bays 

   

   • Manage Bays lets you control each hitting bay on your range. You can edit properties such as bay name/number, availability (open, booked, or booking-only), and physical position on the range map.
   • Setting a bay to “Booking Only” restricts access to players with advance bookings. Updating bay positions ensures the digital map matches the physical layout.
5. Click on each bay, set availability to “Booking Only,” and click “Update Bay Position.”
