If you experience an issue on your Range Screen, we recommend collecting and sharing log files from the Range Screen so our Support team can have access to as much information as possible to help resolve the issue.
By following the steps below you can share these log files with the team.
- If possible, start your Range Screen and enter the Activity Selection page shown below
- Quickly click 3 times on the Trackman logo in the bottom center of the screen
- A box will aim as shown below
- Here we ask that you include the following details; The name of your facility, the bay number and a short description of your issue
- You can then hit send and will receive the following message
- Now you can click OK and continue with the suggested details in: How To Submit A Support Ticket.
